Welcome to Creativewise Sdn Bhd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website creativewise.com.my, as well as your participation in our training programs, including In-House Training and Public Training.

By accessing our website or registering for any training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our website and services.

1. Definitions

  • “Services” refers to all training programs offered, including in-house training, public training, workshops, webinars, consulting, and related offerings.
  • “Client”, “Participant”, or “You” refers to individuals or organizations using our website or registering for our training services.
  • “Content” refers to all materials on the website, including text, images, videos, slides, manuals, templates, and other training materials.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Interfere with the website’s security or technical systems
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the content for illegal, harmful, or competitive purposes
  • Copy or redistribute materials without permission

We may update or modify the website without prior notice.

3. Training Registration & Confirmation

For Public Training

  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Creativewise Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule the session if minimum participant numbers are not met.

For In-House Training

  • A proposal/quotation will be issued based on training scope.
  • Booking is confirmed only after deposit or official Purchase Order (PO) is provided.
  • Changes in training date must be requested in writing at least 7 working days before the scheduled date.

4. Payments, Fees & Invoicing

  • All training fees must be paid prior to the training date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or authorized payment gateway.
  • Invoices must be settled within the terms stated (e.g., 7/14/30 days).
  • Late payments may result in delayed issuance of certificates or access to materials.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

Public Training

  • Cancellation 7 days before training date → Full refund or replacement date.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days → No refund (replacement participant allowed).
  • No-show participants → No refund.

In-House Training

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before → 50% refund of training fees.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days → No refund.
  • Any venue, travel, or material preparation costs already incurred must be reimbursed by the client.

Organizer Cancellation

If Creativewise Sdn Bhd cancels or postpones a session due to unavoidable reasons:

  • Participants will be offered a full refund or
  • Transfer to a new training date without additional cost

6. Training Materials & Intellectual Property

All training content—including slides, handouts, exercises, templates, videos, and manuals—are the intellectual property of Creativewise Sdn Bhd unless stated otherwise.

Participants are not allowed to:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Share publicly
  • Sell or modify
  • Use the content for competing training programs

without written permission from Creativewise Sdn Bhd.

7. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued to participants who:

  • Attend the training as required
  • Complete exercises (if applicable)
  • Fulfill attendance requirements or assessments (if any)

Digital certificates are typically issued within 3–7 working days after the training.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creativewise Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income or business
  • Loss of data
  • Personal injury during training (unless negligence is proven)
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our responsibility is limited strictly to the value of the training fee paid.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Ensure participants attend as scheduled
  • Provide suitable training facilities for in-house training (projector, internet, space, etc.)
  • Ensure all payments are made on time

Creativewise Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deny service if terms are violated.

10. Website Content Accuracy

We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
Creativewise Sdn Bhd may update or modify content at any time without notice.

11. Privacy Policy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
